its pretty stiff, and i agree with berry it needs alot of easing and i noticed the flames are about just 3 pics per flame. What the other thing you need to do is start moving every joint every frames with no repeating frames(unless someone is standing there standing or somthing. over all i say mid-low beginer (i shouldn't be talking though cuz im only average beginer to high beginer depends on who you ask)
