I will show you a high beginners run! Frame 1: Start when your stick is in the first air frame Frame 2: Move him slightly up! Remember to ease! Frame 3: Now he starts falling so make him go quite fast Frame 4: Now he hits the floor! bend his legs a bit to show the next properly Final Frame: Now he's in that ninja run position! I suggest adding a bit more textual detail on how the arms move. Other than that, great work I'll be sure to try this out at some point.

Add more frames, and like berry said, it's uneased and very stiff.
It doesn't really look like a run right now.
