Try moving all joints at once, slowly, with Frames at 20.

You've have to keep practicing Locker. You won't be a legend overnight. You have to work your way up, it may take a long time, but once you get good, you'll be happy you took the time to practice. So keep practicing

Well Learning ( a new skill) to animate well depends on the part of your brain that picks up new skills, Some people can see the method, and be able to do it, other ( Slightly less intelagent), have to practice much more than them, The majority of people Have to practice first so look at some tutorials, take the info in, and put it into practice as numb said : D
